Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of loading, transport, weighing, records and development of stable municipal sewage deposits with code 19 08 05 produced in the sewage treatment plant at ul. Zielona 2 in Lubin during technological processes of municipal wastewater treatment.As part of the order, the Employer does not provide for the development of stabilized municipal sewage deposits with code 19 08 05 by using them.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to load, transport, weigh and develop municipal sewage sludge inestimated maximum amount of 7500 mg.
3. The anticipated daily amount of waste generated is from 20 mg to 35 mg, with this size on specific days higher or smaller.
4. The subject of the contract was specified in detail in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting an attachmentNo. 8 to SWZ.
5. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract, taking into account the requirements set by generally applicable law.Sewage treatment plant during technological processes of municipal wastewater treatment
