Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport for further management of waste with code 19 12 04 - (plastics and rubber) originating from the stream of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, selectively collected packaging waste and other waste collected in selective.2. The place of waste collection is the Waste Management Plant with its registered office in Olszow, at the following address: Olszowa, ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kpno.3. The service should be performed in accordance with the current decisions held by the Contractor (or subcontractor) and with any generally applicable legal provisions, in particular: a) the Waste Act of December 14, 2012, b) the Environmental Protection Law of April 27, 2001.4. The waste covered by this order should be transported and then managed in installations indicated by the Contractor that: a) have valid decisions regarding conducting waste recovery activities specified in Annex No. 1 to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 in the scope of waste code 19 12 04 and indicated in point 5; b) have the decisions/permits/entries required by law suitable...
