Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 04.
2. The amount of the amount for reception and development is 2,400 mg for the duration of the contract.
3. Reads that are the subject of the contract will be picked up and then developed at the plants indicated by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the legal provisions in force in this respect and the processes specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act.
4. as part of the subject Agreements are assumed for estimated amounts of waste for collection and development divided into the following tasks:
Task No. 1 z/i Gotartow, commune Kluczbork - 1,200 mg during the contract,
Kluczbork - 1,200 mg during the contract.
5. The waste was carried out It will be from the area: z/i in Gotartow, commune Kluczbork.
6. Due to the amount of waste difficult to predict, the estimated amount specified in para. 4 Maybe change. Therefore, the contracting authority, in the course of the contract, reserves the right to limit this amount by a maximum of 90%. Reducing the amount of waste in this respect will not give birth to any claims on the part of the Contractor in relation to the Employer, in particular for payment of remuneration for unrealized part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with a reduction in the estimated amount. In this situation, no annex is required. The contracting authority guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 10% of estimated amounts of waste for collection during the contract.
