- 1. The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of waste with code 19 12 08 (Textiles), originating from the Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwr Sp. z o. o. The waste was delivered by residents to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the premises of the Nowy Dwr Sp. Waste Management Plant. z o. o. 2. The waste should be transported and then managed in a manner consistent with applicable legal regulations in an installation that has a decision allowing the processing of this waste in R1 or R12 recovery process, specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1834, as amended). As part of your order, we will achieve the .% (rounded to the nearest whole percentage) of recycling (R3 and/or R5) that you commit to achieved during the contract implementation period in relation to the tonnage actually transferred.3. The waste will be collected by means of transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, including the costs of transport, insurance during transport and unloading. 4.
