"Collection and management of waste code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (RDF alternative fuel) in recovery process, i.e. successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 10. The waste must be managed in the installation in the recovery process in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023.0.1587)."
The order was divided into 2 parts:
Part I of the order:
"I part Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10 - combustible waste from the Municipal Installation of Inneko Sp. z o. o. in Gorzow Wlkp., ul. Małyszyńska 180 - fraction up to 35 mm with calorific value in the range of 20-22 GJ and chlorine content up to 0.8% in an amount of up to 2,500 Mg (transport on the Contractor's side)."
II part of the order:
"Part II Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10 - combustible waste from the Municipal Installation of Inneko Sp. z o. o. in Gorzow Wlkp., ul. Małyszyńska 180 - fraction up to 35 mm with calorific value in the range of 20-22 GJ and chlorine content up to 0.8% in an amount of up to 2,500 Mg, (transport via Contractor's website).
The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is regulated in the Template Agreement, annex to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party envisages the use of option rights in terms of:
