The subject of the contract is collection, transport for further development in processesWaste recovery with code 19 12 10 - flammable waste (alternative fuel) generated in the process of sorting selectively collected packaging waste at ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olszow, at: Olszowa, ul. Amber 55, 63-600 Kępno.
2. The service should be carried out in accordance withdecisions owned by the Contractor and with all generally applicable law, in particular:
a) the Waste Act of 14.12.2012. Waste covered by this order should be transported, aThen use in the installations indicated by the Contractor which:
a) have important decisions for conducting waste recovery operations specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 in terms of waste code 19 12 10;
b) they have requiredby law, decisions/permits/entries in the relevant registers allowing the transport of waste with code 19 12 10;
c) have an active account in the electronic BDO system, enabling the performance of necessary activities related to the waste records (confirmation of KPO).
