1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of a waste stream with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 produced in the technological process:
- from the mixed municipal waste line (MBP),
- from the bulky waste sorting line, at the Municipalities Waste Utilization Center Łużyckich in Lubań at ul. Basaltowa 1.
2. The estimated amount of waste for management that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be approximately 3,500 Mg.
NOTE - the ordering party stipulates that the given quantity is an estimated quantity based on the previous quantity the ordering party's experience in the subject of the contract, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. However, the ordering party does not declare that the order will be fulfilled up to the full amount of the given amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depends on the customer's forecasts.

4. Waste collection will take place using transport organized by the Contractor and on its cost.
5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide "walking floor" semi-trailers for loading.
