1. The subject of the contract is the collection and development of a waste stream with code 19 12 12 12- other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 produced in the technological process:
- from the lines of mixed municipal waste (MBP),
- from the multi-BABARYTY sorting line, at the Center for Municipal Waste UtilizationLusatian in Lubań at ul. Basaltowa 1.
2. The estimated amount of waste for development, which will be transferred to the Contractor during the period of the contract will be about 1800mg.
Note - the Ordering Party reserves that the amount given is an estimate specifying on the basis of the current oneThe Employer's experience regarding the order, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and which can be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. However, the Employer does not declare the order to the full amount of waste. The final amount of waste is notIt depends on the forecasts of the Ordering Party.
3. The place of receipt of waste intended for transporting and development is the center of waste utilization of the Lusatian communes in Lubań at ul. Basaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań.
4. Waste collection will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and onits cost.
5. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor substitute for the "walking florus" semi-trailers-it will run the floor.
