Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of development service in the recovery process (in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste) by the contractor of the EX19 12 12 waste waste, together with the service of their successive collection and transport from the Olszowa Waste Development DepartmentSp. z o.o. located at: Olszowa, ul. Amber 55, 63-600 Kępno, to their development place.
2. The service should be implemented in accordance with the decisions held by the contractor and with all generally applicable law, in particular:
a) the Waste Actof December 14, 2012. (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended);
b) by the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 54);
3rd Products covered by this order should be transported and then developed in installations indicated by the Contractor which:
a)Important decisions for conducting waste recovery operations specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste code 19 12 12;
b) have the decisions/permits/entries required by law required by law.waste with code 19 12 12;
c) have an active account in the electronic BDO system, enabling the performance of the necessary activities related to the waste records (confirmation of KPO).Reject ...
