- The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11) from the Waste Management Plant S.A. processing in the municipal waste plant and as a "ballast" fraction not containing waste suitable for material recovery, it should be subjected to other recovery or disposal processes, in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of December 20, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023 item municipal and municipal waste from selective collection. sewage on a dozen or so material fractions on an automated sorting line.
