Description:
1. The subject of this contract is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract".
2. The amount of waste for collection and development is 40,800 mg, for the duration of the contract.
3. Reads that are the subject of this Agreement will be picked up and then developed at the plants indicated by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the legal provisions in force in this respect and Annex 1 of the Waste Act.
4. As part of the subject of the contract, estimated amounts of waste for collection and development divided into the following tasks are assumed:
Task No. 1 Z/I Dylow A - 1,000 mg/month
The total amount of waste to be obtained during the contract of the contract 6,000 mg.
Task No. 2 from/I Dylow A - 1,000 mg/month
Task No. 3 Z/I Dylow A - 1,000 mg/month
The total amount of waste to be obtained in the period the contract of 6,000 mg.
Task No. 4 z/i Julkow - 1,000 mg/month
The total amount of waste to be obtained during the contract of the contract 6,000 mg.
Task No. 5 z/i Julkow - 800 mg/month
The total amount of waste to be obtained during the period of the contract of 4,800 mg.
Task No. 6 z/i Gotartow - 1,000 mg/month
Total The amount of waste to be obtained during the period of the contract 6,000 mg.
Task No. 7 z/i Gotartow - 500 mg/month
The total amount of waste to be obtained during the period of the contract of 3,000 mg.
