Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11) from the Waste Management Plant S.A. in Bielsko-Biała. Waste with code 19 12 12 arises as a resultprocessing in the municipal waste plant and as a "ballast" fraction not containing waste suitable for material recovery, it should be subjected to other recovery or disposal processes, in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of December 20, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023item 1587z Pozn. d.). Waste with code 19 12 12 intended for recovery or disposal and will come from the sorting process of mixed municipal waste and municipal waste from selective collection. Processing process of the above waste involves their mechanical and skills in orderon a dozen or so material fractions on an automated sorting line. As a result of this process, in addition to the so -called Fraction of secondary raw materials and the so -called Pre-RDF, the "ballast" fraction with 0-80 mm granulation is created (from selectively collected waste) and 80 to 300 mm from mixed and selectively collected waste,which can be subjected to energy recovery or other forms of recovery/disposal. These waste will be transferred to the contractors with loose.
