Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste stream code 20 01 10 - clothing, collected at the Uytsy Municipalities Waste Utilization Center in Lubań at ul. Basaltowa 1.2. Estimated amount of waste for management that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be approximately 150 Mg. The amount given is an estimate and the ordering party reserves the right to change this amount by 20% at any time during the contract period. The ordering party stipulates that the given number of estimates is determined on the basis of the ordering party's previous experience in the subject of the order, illustrating the possibilities the scope of the subject of the order and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. However, the ordering party does not declare that the order will be fulfilled up to the full amount of the given amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depend on the customer's forecasts. 3. Place of collection of waste intended for transport and management is the Uytsy Municipalities Waste Utilization Center in Lubań at ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Luba.4.
