Description:
I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
1. The subject of the order is the service of collection and management in recovery processes of R5 waste with code 20 01 99 (ex ash) in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.
2. Amount of waste to be collected i management under the basic order is 2,000 Mg (1,000 Mg of ash in bags and 1,000 Mg of bulk ash - without bags).
441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the quantity waste with code 20 01 99 intended for collection and management, in an additional amount of up to 3,000 Mg (1,500 Mg of ash in bags and 1,500 Mg of ash in bulk - without bags). The ordering party may exercise the option right in whole or in part, once or in several parts.
4. Taking the above into account the total amount of waste to be collected and processed under this order is approximately 5,000 Mg, including 2,000 Mg under the basic order and 3,000 Mg under the option.
5. Due to the very high variability of the stream of received waste, a large part of the waste was included in options, because the Ordering Party has no influence on the method of waste collection (bag/no bag). It is estimated that the total mass of ash (including the bag and without the bag) will be approximately 2000-2500Mg within 12 months.
6. The contractor will collect the above-mentioned waste with own transport from the Ordering Party's installations ...
