Collection, transport and management of waste with a code 20 03 07 from the development plant Waste in Olszowa, at: Olszowa, ul. Amber 55, 63-600 Kępno (Kępno commune)
1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting in the receipt, transport and development of classified - in accordance with the current waste directory - under the code 20 03 07 (bulky waste) in A way that causes liability for waste management.
2. Due to the subject of the contract, the service should be carried out in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor and with all generally applicable law, in particular:
a) the Act on waste with on December 14, 2012;
b) by the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law.
3. Orders covered by this order should be transported,
and then develop in installations indicated by the Contractor which:
a) have important decisions for conducting business in the field of recovery waste listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste code 20 03 07;
b) have valid decisions for conducting business and disposal of waste specified in Annex 1 and No. 2 to the Act of 14 gru...
