The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of fine under-sieve fraction 0 - 20 mm waste code ex 19 12 12, originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, not having the character of hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste. The waste contains a variable amount of organic fraction, which should be further processed in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation Minister of Climate and Environment of December 28, 2022 on the mechanical and biological processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.
Moreover, the Ordering Party allows the waste to be subjected to the R12 process, at with the reservation that the final development will take place in the D8 or R3 processes in another installation indicated by the Contractor.
Quantity of waste with code ex 19 12 12 originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, intended for collection and management under the basic contract is 5,000 Mg.
In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Ordering Party allows the exercise of the option right referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the quantity waste with code ex 19 12 12 intended for collection and management by an additional amount of 5,000 Mg.
