Collection and management of waste with the code ex 19 12 12 NAGUT (2500mg+2500mg), derived from mechanical-biological processing of municipal waste, including large-scale waste, it does not amount ...derived from mechanical-biological processing of municipal waste, including large-size waste, which does not have the nature of hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste, in a way that ensures the transition of responsibility for waste management to the next holderwaste.
2. The number of waste with the EX19 12 12 (NAG) code intended for collection and development as part of the basic order is 2500 mg.
3. The zone does not affect the size of the waste stream due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the streamwaste, the contracting authority allows the use of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the amount of waste with the EX19 12 12 (NADIT) code intended for collection and management by an additional 2,500 mg.
4. Entering the above, the total amount of waste intendedFor pickup and development, it is 5000 mg, including: for a basic order: 2500 mg and for ordering under the option: up to 2,500 mg.
5. Dads will be offered in the form: loose. The contractor will receive the abovementioned Waste from the Ordering Party from the installation: Municipal Waste Treatment Plant (ZUOK),ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
