Collection and management of waste with code ex 19 12 12 oversizes originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, including large-sized waste that does not have the character of waste....
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nadsit), originating from mechanical processing of municipal waste, including large-sized waste that is not hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste, in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.
2. The amount of waste with code ex19 12 12 (surplus) intended for collection and management under the basic order is 3,000 Mg. 3. The Ordering Party has no influence on the volume of the waste stream received due to the high variability of this stream. If the waste stream increases, The Ordering Party allows the use of the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, which consists in increasing the amount of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nadsit) intended for collection and management by an additional amount of 4,000 Mg.
4. Taking the above into account, the total amount of waste intended for collection and management amount is 7,000 Mg, including: for the basic order: 3,000 Mg and for the option order: up to 4,000 Mg.
The contractor will collect the above-mentioned waste from the Ordering Party from the installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOK), ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
6. The deadline for completing the order is 6 months from the date indicated by the Ordering Party in a written order to commence the execution of the order (agreement). Down expiration deadline...
