1. The subject of the order is the service of receipt and development of the Podsitic fraction of the small 0 - 20mm - ex 19 12 12 waste code, derived from mechanical processing of municipal waste, which does not have the nature of hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste. The waste contains a variable amount of organic fraction, which should be further processed in accordance with the requirements of the regulationMinister of the Climate and Environment of December 28, 2022 on the mechanical and biological processing of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste.
The development processes admitted by the Employer are: D8 or R3. In addition, the Ordering Party allows the R12 to be subject to waste, atreservation that the target development will take place in the D8 or R3 processes in another installation indicated by the Contractor.
2. The amount of waste with the EX 19 12 12 waste from mechanical processing of municipal waste, intended for collection and development as part of the basic orderis 5,000 mg.
3. The Employer does not affect the amount of waste of waste, due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Employer allows the exercise of the right of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the PZP Act, consisting in an increaseThe amount of waste with the EX 19 12 12 waste intended for collection and development by an additional 5,000 mg.
