Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and
management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties, as well as collection and management of waste delivered by commune residents to the PSZOK point from the Ochotnica Dolna commune.
2. It is estimated that during the period covered by the order in 2026, approximately 1,955.64 Mg (tons) of municipal waste will be generated in the commune, which should be collected and managed.
3. The scope of the order includes: a) collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live and from owners of properties where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, b) transport of collected waste to segregation and recovery sites
or disposal, c) transferring collected unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste directly to the municipal installation, d) transferring separately collected municipal waste to waste recovery or neutralization installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Art. 17 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended)
4. Types of waste collected municipal waste and the frequency of municipal waste collection will be in accordance with Resolution No. XVI/135/19 of the Ochotnica Dolna Commune Council of December 9, 2019 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ochotnica Dolna commune
