Description:
The subject of the order is: provision of collection, transport and management services of municipal waste from facilities belonging to Centrum Zielonej Energii Sp. z o. o. located:
a) PSZOK, ul. Oskara Kolberga 67, 44-251 Rybnik
b) PSZOK, ul. Sportowa, 44-273 Rybnik-Niewiadom
in accordance with regulations:
1) Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended);
2) Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1289, of June 9, 2016)
3) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of October 7, 2016 on detailed requirements for waste transport (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1742);
4) Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289, as amended);
5) Regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws 2020 pos. 10);
6) Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1747, as amended).
The estimated amount of waste broken down into codes in the annual report is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
In the event of the expiry of the validity period of the permits held by the Contractor during the term of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to present new permits to the Ordering Party no later than the expiry of the validity period of the originally issued permits.
