Description:
1. The subject of the order is "Collection and management of waste from the Sulmierzyce commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027." divided into parts.
Part 1 of the order covers the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Sulmierzyce commune, Part 2 of the contract covers the collection and management of waste and sewage sludge.
2. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the contract are specified in: Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 1 and Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject order for part No. 2 and the draft contract separately for each part of the order (Appendix No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ).
