1. The subject of the contract is the collection and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (includingMixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, from the Zakład Dziedzia Zapoczdowyci Wadarow Sierzno Sp. z o. o.
2. The waste covered by the order should be transported and then developed in the installations of the contractors that have decisionsallowing the processing of these waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
3. Waste collectionIt will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at its cost, also in the scope of transport costs, insurance for transport and unloading.
4. The amount of waste with code 19 12 12 is up to 8000 mg during the contract period, with this amount not lower than 5000 mg. It isThe estimated amount, auxiliary for preparing the offer, with 8000 mg is the maximum amount to pick up and recovery, which the Employer does not have to be fully carried out (minimum 5000 mg). Waste collection will result from the current needs of the Employer.
