Description:
The subject of the contract is collection and development through recovery (excluding storage and storage) by the contractor of waste with code 19 12 12- other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, produced in the plant Waste management in Legnica at ul. Rzeszotarska, hereinafter referred to as "ZZO". The collection and development of the above -mentioned waste will take place in accordance with the current permits held by the Contractor or subcontractor.
The contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers for individual parts of the order. The contractor may submit an offer for one, two or all the following parts of the order:
"Receipt and development through the recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 generated from municipal waste mixed as part of part 1 of the order",
2) Part 2 Orders entitled "Collection and development through the recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 generated from municipal waste selectively collected under part 2 of the order",
"Collection and development through the recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 generated from bulky waste in under part 3 of the order. "
Applies to all parts of the order.
The collection of waste with code 19 12 12 will take place by transport organized by the Contractor at its expense.
