Description:
1. Scope of the subject of the order:
The subject of the order includes:
- provision of green waste collection services with code 20 02 01 from public properties located in the Municipality of Krakow collected in bags and Christmas trees,
- waste transport to the composting plant located in Krakow at ul. Krzemieniecka 40,
- purchase and delivery of bags for collecting green waste,
- acceptance of branches according to the Ordering Party's instructions.
A detailed description of the terms of contract execution is included in Annex No. 1 a) - 1 c) to the SWZ.
2. The place of service is the Commune Municipal Krakow.
3. Division of the subject of the order into parts:
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for individual parts (tasks), with the proviso that the Contractor may submit an offer only for one part (task).
Part No. 1 (Task No. 1) covers the area of Districts IV, V, VI, VII.
Hi No. 2 (Task No. 2) covers the area of Districts XI, XII, XIII.
The key tasks referred to in the previous sentence mean all works except the acceptance of branches as indicated by the Ordering Party. the Ordering Party and the delivery (distribution) of bags for collecting green waste.
5. Employment based on an employment relationship:
The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities:
