Description:
1. The subject of the order is the winter maintenance of the cleanliness of municipal streets, pavements, squares and internal roads in the city of Gołdap as well as roads and pavements in the rural commune of Gołdap.
The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts to which Potential contractors can submit offers and also does not specify the maximum number of parts to which the order can be awarded to the same contractor. Contractors can submit offers for each of the separate parts of the order.
3. Description of part of the order:
Part 1 - collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of real estate residing in the city of Gołdap
Part 1 of the order will include the collection of municipal waste from the area of real estate residing in the city of Gołdap.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ and Annex 3.1 to SWZ constituting a list of receipt points waste from the city.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of limiting the scope of the order and indicates that the minimum size of the parties' benefit, which will be commissioned by the Contractor under the concluded contract, will be no less 70% of the estimated amount of forecasted waste for collection and transport, where the planned amount of these waste throughout the entire period of the contract is estimated to be 6,884.18 mg.
