Description:
The subject of the order includes: 1) collection and transport of municipal waste from owners/users of the following properties located in the Baranw Sandomierski Commune: a) where residents live; b) where no inhabitants live and waste is generated; c) where there are summer houses, or other real estate used for recreational purposes; d) collecting and transporting waste from mass collections (including intervention works, the Cleaning the Light campaign, Wisa cleaning, etc.) - after prior telephone notification and indication of the collection location (approximately 6 actions during year); e) collection and transport of waste generated during two mass events a year in the commune: Baranow Sandomierski Days and the Harvest Festival after prior telephone notification by the event organizer; 2) equipment of property owners/users referred to in point 1(a), for single-family buildings with the necessary containers for mixed waste and the so-called starter package of bags for Paper, Glass, Metals and Plastics and Bio, according to the submitted declarations, no later than December 31 2025r.;3)...
