- 4.1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners in the Ulan-Majorat Commune.4.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) collection of municipal waste from properties located in the Ulan-Majorat commune, 2) transport of waste to the appropriate installation indicated by the Ordering Party, 3) delivering municipal waste bags to all recipients declared and indicated by the Ordering Party, 4) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point with bins/containers and collecting waste from this point, 5) carrying out twice during the duration of the contract, mobile collection of bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tires.4.3. Quality requirements relating to the subject of the order: a) Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended); b) Act of September 13 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) along with implementing acts; c) Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship 2022 adopted by Resolution No. XXIV/349/2016 of the Lublin Voivodeship Assembly of 2 December...
