- The subject of the order is the collection and transport of all municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in the Mciwojow Commune to the transfer station in Jawor located at ul. Słowackiego, which is part of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Lubawka and delivery and distribution to owners of residential and uninhabited properties where waste is generated, containers for segregated waste and mixed waste with a capacity of 120, 240 and 1100 liters, and 120 liter bags for paper and glass waste. Addresses and numbers may be changed during the service properties served as well as the number of inhabitants. The changes may concern either a decrease or an increase in the number of inhabitants. During the term of the contract, the size of the containers may change (change in capacity due to an increase or decrease in the number of people declared on a given property). All Additionally, the Contractor is obliged to immediately enter into service the real estate reported by the Ordering Party.
