- The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners, where residents from the Grabowka commune reside for the period from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, on the conditions specified below:
1. The scope of work includes the service of receiving andtransport of municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate located in the Grabowka commune and the collection and transport of waste at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 2. The subject of the contract includes the collection of any amount of municipal waste from all ownersreal estate where residents and their transport live in accordance with the regulations of maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune - Resolution No. 24/2025 of the Grabowka Commune Council of January 1, 2025 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Grabowka commune and Resolutions No. 7/2025The Council of the Grabowka Commune of January 1, 2025 regarding consent to the conclusion with the city of BiaΕystok an inter -municipal agreement entrusting the city of BiaΕystok the own task of the Grabowka commune in the field of recovery and disposal of municipal waste.
