The subject of the contract is a service in the field of municipal waste collection segregated and mixed from inhabited real estate located in the Bartoszyce commune and transport of municipal waste as well as the launch, maintenance and service of the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the Bartoszyce commune. The contractor is obliged to transport waste collected, including waste collected selectively to the ZakΕad Gospodarki Waste Mountaineering Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn, through the nearest location of the transhipment station, i.e. a transhipment station in Meddins near Lidzbark WarmiΕski in accordance with local law, content this contract, the specification of the terms of the contract and the contractor's offer, which constitute an integral part of the contract.
