5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER 5.1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential and non-residential properties located in the Brzenica commune. 5.2. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are determined by the Detailed Manager description of the subject of the order (OPZ) Form 2.1.5.3. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the estimated amounts of waste divided into types, which will be valid during the duration of the contract, are specified in the Product and Price Form, constituting Form 2.2 to the SWZ. The quantities given herein are only indicative determination of the size of the subject of the contract may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor will not be entitled to claim for the execution of the subject of the order in the quantities specified therein. The Ordering Party declares that the subject of the contract will be completed at a level of not less than 50%. the total amount of waste indicated in the Product and Price Form.
