- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the transport of municipal waste from its source to Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. z o. o. in Olsztyn at ul. Lubelska 53 in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026: 1) from real estate residing in the Witki Commune, communities residential areas of the Witki commune;2) from properties where no residents live and municipal waste is generated.2.
