- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste: 1) from owners of inhabited properties and 2) from owners of uninhabited properties pursuant to Resolution No. VIII/70/23 of the Pasłęk City Council of September 29, 2023 on waste collection municipal waste from owners of properties where no residents live and municipal waste is generated (Journal of Laws of the W-M Province of 2023, item 5305), 3) located in the Pasłęk Commune (Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship).
2. The service also includes the delivery of collected waste directly to the municipal installation, i.e. to Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadow Sp. z o. o. in Elbląg ul. Mazurska 42, or via the Municipal Waste Transfer Station in Robity (Pasłęk Commune). Directly to the above-mentioned the following waste fractions should be transferred to the installation: 1) bio-waste, 2) waste dangerous, 3) expired medicines and chemicals, 4) waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in households as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, 5) used batteries and batteries, 6) used electrical and electronic equipment, 7) construction and demolition waste, 8) ash, 9) other non-biodegradable waste (including cemeteries), 10) textile and clothing waste
