Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners living in the city and commune of Nowa Sarzyna, together with the management of two fractions of municipal waste code 20 03 07 and 20 02 01, in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2026.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) collecting municipal waste from property owners living in the city and commune of Nowa Sarzyna;
2) transport of the waste referred to in point 1 to the Sorting Plant for mixed and selective waste, composting plant in Sigiełki, 37-418 Krzeszow, with subject to point 3;
3) management of municipal waste with code 20 03 07 and 20 02 01;
4) establishing and running a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point.
3. The Contractor is obliged to comply with the legal provisions in force during the term of the contract, in particular:
1) Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended),
2) Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733),
3) Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289 as amended d.),
4) regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122),
