Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners living in the Jasie commune for a period of 12 months. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) collection of municipal waste directly from owners of residential properties located in the commune Jasie, 2) securing bags for selective collection in colors specified in the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jasie Commune, 3) enabling residents of the Jasie Commune to rent or purchase municipal waste containers free of charge, complying with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jasie commune, 4) securing a selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as: PSZOK) in the town of Jasie with containers and operating a mobile PSZOK in the area of the Jasie commune. A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix no. 9 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is regulated by the Model Agreement (Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ).
