- 1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited property owners located in the Radomyl nad Sanem Commune. The Ordering Party estimates that the mass of waste generated in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 will amount to 1,350 Mg. At the end of October 2025 7,118 people were registered in the Radomyl nad Sanem commune, which constituted approximately 1,926 households, including the number of residents living immovably: 437 households inhabited by 1 person, 2 people, 535 households, 346 households inhabited by 3 people, 293 households inhabited by 4 people and 315 households inhabited by 5 people and more. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste, i.e. the activities specified in Table No. 1 of Annex No. 1 to SWZ Price form, for the Contractor is obliged to provide all municipal waste covered by the subject of the order to the MECHANICAL-BIOLOGICAL MUNICIPAL WASTE PROCESSING PLANT IN STALOWA WOLA. 2.
