Description:
The ordering party will not divide the order into smaller parts, because the services covered by the subject of the order must be compatible with each other and ensure uniform service, both functionally and technically. The division would pose a risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of carrying out the order. The implementation of the scope in question by contractors of individual parts of the order could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order. Therefore, not dividing the order is dictated by technical, organizational, timely considerations and the nature of the subject of the order. There is no need to divide of this order is in honor of the above-mentioned justified reasons.1. The subject of the order is the provision of municipal waste collection and transport services from owners of residential and unresidential properties located in the Kolno Commune in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kolno Commune and other provisions of statutory and local law.
