The subject of the order includes:
1. Collection and transport of municipal waste, i.e.:
1.1. Collection of waste from residential properties directly from the property
and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated, covered by municipal waste
municipal waste collection system:
a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (residues after selective collection)
waste or mixed municipal waste: 20 03 01;
b) segregated waste, i.e.:
 paper and cardboard, including paper and cardboard packaging, : 15 01 01, 20 01 01,
 plastics, including plastic packaging plastics, packaging
multi-material, metals, including metal packaging - collected in total: 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39,
 colorless and colored glass, glass packaging: 15 01 07,
 biodegradable waste including biodegradable kitchen waste: 20 02 01,
20/01/08,
c) reception in the form of a mobile collection of the so-called "exhibitions" (from properties covered by the municipal
municipal waste management system) once a year in spring:
 bulky waste (20 03 07),
 waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35, 20 01 36)
 used tires (16 01 03)
 clothing and textile waste (20/01/10, 20/01/11),
until January 31, 2027
