Description:
1. The subject of the order is the removal service of stabilized municipal sewage sludge code 190805 from sewage treatment plants located in the Apanów Commune. Sludge removal will be carried out in a continuous service system according to the removal notification agreed with to the Ordering Party, the frequency adjusted to the amount of their accumulation in accordance with the requirements set out in applicable regulations.2. Estimated amount of waste during the term of the contract1) Stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) in the amount of approximately 900 ton A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ "Description of the Subject of the Order" Employment requirement based on an employment relationship Requirements referred to in Art. 95 Pzp.1.
