4.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service at:
"Receipt and transport of unsorted (confused) municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste as well as the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste, from owners of real estate residing from the area of the Przeworsk municipality, in order to achieve appropriate recycling levels, preparation for preparation Re -use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities as well as the regulations and detailed regulations.
