- Removes and utilization of medical waste for the poviat hospital in which 1. The subject of the plait is to experience the use of medical waste consisting in: receipt, export and utilization of waste from sub -medical activities from the poviat hospital in which on the code of 18 allsubgroups and types of waste in an estimated quantity about 41,000.00 kg during the entire performance of the contract. The Ordering Employer reserves that the amount given is the quantity of estimates and may be changed during the contract. 2. The estimated amount of waste within 12 months broken into individual codes is about :- 18 01 02*190 kg - 18 01 03* - 40 800 kg - 18 01 09 - 10 kg. 3. Wasteness of the waste must take place at least three (3) times a week, i.e. Monday, Roda, Pitek (about 788 kg a week). 4. The indicated validation is only the estimated character and the contractor cannot be made from the ordering any claimswith the transfer of less waste in the indicated periods 5. The quantitative registration and settlements are carried out by BD according to the scale of the Ordering Party and the Contractor. 6.
