Description:
1. The subject of the order is "Receipt, export and disposal of medical waste generated in SPZZOZ in Wyszkow in connection with the provision of health services."

3. Estimated numbers of kg of waste are used only to calculate the value offered for comparison of offers and cannot be the basis for any claims of the selected contractor in relation to the contracting authority.
4. The applicant reserves the right to donate a smaller amount of kg of waste, in this respect the contractor There is no claim for the contracting authority.
