- 1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport of mixed and segregated municipal waste from real estate The municipal waste collection system organized by the Municipality and the collection, transport and management of problem waste from the point Selective Collecting municipal waste (PSZOK) located in jumping, at ul. RogoziΕska 10A from from 01.07.2025 to 31/12/2026 (18 months).
2. The scope of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "service" or "services") includes:
2.1. Pickup, transport from the owners of the property on which they live Residents (Annex 1), from property owners, where residents do not reside (Annex 2) and from the property on which there is a summer house or other property used for recreation and leisure purposes (Annex 3) of midwives in the SKOKI commune, who remain in the municipal municipal waste collection system, cyclically at the source (from the place of collecting waste further "MGO") of municipal waste divided into the following fractions:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also called "mixed waste"), (code: 20 03 01);
b) paper, (code 15 01 01);
c) metals, plastics, multi -material packaging waste (code: 15 01 02);
d) glass, (code 15 01 07);
e) Bio -daddies constituting municipal waste also called "bioreodpads" (including natural Christmas trees), (code: 20 02 01) with the proviso that their reception implementation ... - Documents:
