Description:
(extract from the SWZ) The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from all properties within the administrative borders of the Mioradz Commune indicated in the SWZ and its transport to Zaklad Waste Utilization Solid Sp. z o. o. in Tczew, i.e. collection: 1) from all inhabited properties, 2) from the indicated ones uninhabited real estate,3) from indicated mixed real estate (partially inhabited and uninhabited) that have joined the municipal waste management system,4) from public and recreational areas within the administrative boundaries of the Mioradz Commune,5) from the Selective Waste Collection Point Municipal utilities, as well as equipping all properties with appropriate containers and bags for collecting waste. Estimated number of containers included in the equipment: in accordance with the OPZ. The contractor is obliged to collect waste for its subsequent management in an appropriate installation specified in the SWZ, in accordance with from the waste hierarchy resulting from the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and other legal provisions applicable in the waste collection and management procedure. 3.3.1.
