1. The subject of the contract is
1) the service consisting of loading, receiving, transporting all municipal waste produced by the owners of the property, where residents live in the Warta Bolesławiecka commune and from the selective collection of municipal waste collection
2) establishment, establishment,Maintenance and service of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Warta Bolesławiecka commune and the receipt by the Contractor of Ko-Municipal waste collected selectively by the residents of the commune, based on art. 3 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order inmunicipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws 2014, item 399)

1.inhabits residents at the Warta Bolesławiecka commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point
