The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from the building of the Wilcza Commune Office and public places in the Wilcza Commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to the installation operated by Przedsibiorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami Sp. z o. o. w Paszczynie 62B, 39-207 Brzenica.2. Installation carried out by Przedsibiorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Paszczynie 62B, 39-207 Brzenica will ensure waste collection on working days from Monday to Friday, from 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.3. Due to the entry into force of the deposit system, the Ordering Party anticipates a reduction in the following municipal waste fractions in 2026 (the period for which the contract is awarded): a) single-use plastic bottles for drinks with a capacity of up to three liters, including their caps and lids of plastic, excluding glass or metal beverage bottles with caps and lids of plastics, (b) metal cans of a capacity up to one liter, (c) glass bottles reusable with a capacity of up to one and a half liters.4.
