- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a municipal waste collection service in the Olsztyn commune from the owners of residing real estate and from the owners of real estate, which partly constitutes inhabited real estate and in the part of the property uninhabited, and arise on them waste municipal (hereinafter referred to as mixed real estate). The subject of the contract was divided into six parts - sectors (sectors I - VI).
2. Received from property owners, municipal waste, the contractor is obliged to deliver to a municipal installation - Waste Management Plant Municipal Sp. z o.o., ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
3. A detailed description of the conditions and the scope of the order for individual parts is specified in:
a) description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ
b) template of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to SWZ
Part 1 / sector I
Sector and It includes the Olsztyn housing estates: Gutkowo, Redykajny, Likusy, on Lake Długi, Dajtki, Grunwaldzkie. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection service at sector I, as described by the subject of the contract for part 1.
