1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the services entitled: "Collection of municipal waste from residential owners and organization and conduct of a selective collection of municipal waste in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, including the followingPartial tasks:
1.1. Task 1 - "Collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą" on the conditions set out in this specification of the terms of the contract together with attachments.
1.2. Task 2 - organization and conductSelective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter "PSZOK") in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą under the terms specified in this specification of the terms of the contract together with attachments.maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą) of the following types of municipal waste:
a) unsorted (mixed),
b) paper and cardboard,
c) glass, including colorless glass and colored glass,
