- The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from property owners in sectors No. I, II, III, IV and V. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order is included in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, during the term of the contract, meets the requirements specified for the fleet of vehicles used to perform this task under the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels and its possible changes.
1. In the case of joint application for a contract by Contractors, the Single European Procurement Document and a declaration regarding the grounds for exclusion under Art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 and art. 7 section 1 of the Act on special solutions regarding countermeasures supporting aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security, is submitted by each of the Contractors. The documents confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings to the extent that each of the Contractors demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
2. In case of relying on the capabilities or situation of entities providing resources, the contractor, together with its own declaration, also presents the EDZ and a declaration regarding the grounds for exclusion under Art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 and art. 7 section 1 of the Act on special solutions... - Documents:
